The serial number can be located on the back of the TV on a small white sticker under the barcode. If you are unable to access behind the TV you can also find it on the box the TV arrived in. If this is also not possible some retailers may keep track of serial numbers at the point of purchase so you could always try the retailers customer service number.

The serial number is a 23 character code made up of letters and numbers and will be written under a bar-code on a small white sticker, located in one of two places :

1. Inside the fridge section on the left hand side wall behind the crisper drawer
2. On the back of the product (outside)

A small number of models will have a 12 character serial number starting “CNK…” on a product description label inside the fridge behind the crisper drawer.
